Flat-twist Updo on Princess L

My daughter's hair journey will now be frequently included in my blog posts

There was a time I used to just two strand twist her hair all the time due to the back of her hair being thin. Now that the back is thicker and  a bit longer, I have expanded my styling options. This week, we flat twisted her hair into a low updo. This style is only to be worn for a week.

Her hair was washed and conditioned with the Curly Qs line(shampoo and conditoner). I  then moisturised with water, sealed with oil and shea butter and let her hair dry in sectioned braids. The shea butter helped stretch the hair and kept it very soft. I then flat-twisted her all around and held the ends to gether with barettes.
