My hair this week:New Twists:more micro for fullness

I put some micro twists in my hair for fullness. I twisted with Jane Carters Lock and Twist Gel. I don't think I ever did a review on that product, so expect one soon. My hair was damp while
I was twisting. I think that is what my hair likes best, damp while being styled. It is very resilient due to the moisture, not too wet to case breakage and not too dry to cause the same.

My hair is very thin in the back, so you can still see some space, my hair was freshly moisturized in this picture so it appears more scalpy, once my hair is completely dry, it does not look scalpy anymore. However, since my hair is fine, the micro twists look best on me. They make my hair look full, are very bouncy and easy to style. They look shorter than the ones I did the last time because they are more and smaller.

How I maintain them?
I moisturize every other day or every two days. I have really made my moisturizing regimen very simple. I only use water, aloe vera juice and  grapeseed oil. I was using a whole bunch of oils but realized that my hair was weighed down from using all those products. I have found out my fine hair loves water mixed with aloe vera juice, I then seal with grapeseed oil, which is very light. I don't wrap them unless I want a stretched look. I just wear a satin cap at night

  2. Really cute! They don't look so good on me but I'd be willing to revisit them...

  3. Very cute. I've had someone put in smaller twists for me, but I'm going to try them myself.
