Here is a quick Figure Friendly Healthy Breakfast
A cup of Yogurt1/2 cup uncooked oats
1/4 cup Almonds
1tbs of Flax Seeds
1 tbs of Wheat Germ
Mix all together, place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soften the oatmeal.
Enjoy!!!!!

Thanks for this recipe; it sounds qucik and simple. I definitely need to start eating breakfast more iften in the upcoming year. I've found that I'm ofren starving by lunchtime.
