Healthy Breakfast!!!:Quick, Easy and Delicious!!!

Here is a quick Figure Friendly Healthy Breakfast
 A cup of Yogurt
1/2 cup uncooked oats
1/4 cup Almonds
 1tbs of Flax Seeds
1 tbs of Wheat Germ

Mix all together, place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to soften the oatmeal.
